Sedona

We had the pleasure of going to phoenix to visit family and the explore the beautiful desert. Sedona was just as beautiful as i had remembered many years ago.

Some down time in the lodge was needed by all. Even mom who didn't ski this time around. Last time i went skiing john and i had just met and i couldnt walk for a week!

Skiing has been another new adventure for us this year. Julian started hitting the slopes about a month or so ago, boy has he taken off!!! John has been teaching him lift strategies, he slides right onto that ski lift like he been doing it for years!!!

Big Boy turns 5!!!

Wheeew its been quiet the past 6 weeks, from holiday celebrations to birthday bashes.. We had a great party for julian at jump for fun, he had 26 friedns (and theie parents). What a jumping good time had by all.

We are so impressed with the big boy 5 year old. He is swimming once weekly, has moved up to the youth program, he swims for 45 minutes, at least 10 laps, and is really trying hard and doing great, the biggest challenge thus far has been keeping the swim goggles on!!!

Julian is also taking piano lessons once a week, he really enjoys singing and learning the notes!!!

I'd like to wish you all a happy new year. Despite the trials and some tribulations 2009 wasn't half bad. I am looking foward to some exciting new ventures for 2010. Still getting used to writing that.
